If you took the G.E.D. exam at SSC and want to request a G.E.D. transcript or certificate, please call (847) 328-9795 in Cook County.  SSC does not retain G.E.D. Transcript records at the college.

Transcripts of a student's complete academic record may be obtained through the Admissions & Registration Center during normal business hours. The Center is located in Room 2230 at the Main Campus and you may call 708-596-2000 ext. 2326 for additional information.

Requests must be made in writing and must contain the complete mailing address of the recipient of the transcript, the social security number, date of birth, name and current address. A fee of $5 is charged for each transcript issued by mail, $5 for pick-up. The College reserves the right to withhold transcripts or enrollment status information for any persons who have unpaid financial obligations.
