Development of writing skills necessary for broadcast media. Includes script writing for news, interviews, continuity, dramas, sitcoms, documentaries, treatments, public service, political and commercial announcements. Study and practice in selecting, organizing, and adapting program materials.
This course examines basic multimedia editing skills and the software and hardware knowledge needed to create projects. Students will integrate Adobe Photoshop, Avid editing and other software tools.
