To submit additional address information (i.e. mailing address, email, emergency contact), use the Additional Address form, and bring or mail it in to the Registrar, or Fax to 708-225-5806.

Want to change your curriculum? Fill out a
Curriculum/Education Objective Form and bring or mail it in to the Registrar, or Fax to 708-225-5806.

Need transcripts sent somewhere?

We are in the process of migrating all student data into our new student management system. Effective immediately there will be no “Pick Ups” for South Suburban College transcripts.

Students looking to receive a transcript for Fall 2010, Spring 2011 and Summer 2011 will only be able to received a grade verification certified by the Registrar (at no cost) until the migration is complete. Thank you for your cooperation during this transition.

SSC transcript (legacy system) fee $5.00.
ALL transcripts and/or the Grade Verification from the Registrar’s Office are mailed out within 3 business days.
If you need your transcript from our legacy system or the Grade Verification from the Registrar’s Office immediately there is a $20.00 fee.

Transcripts and/or the Grade Verification from the Registrar’s Office will not be issued to any student with an outstanding financial obligation to South Suburban College.
