Ka-EL Mycal Zakiah attended Bradley University in Peoria IL, studying International Studies and Philosophy. Transferred to The School of the Art Institute of Chicago where he completed a B.F.A. in Fine Arts. Ka-EL continued studies at SAIC completing the M.F.A. studying Drawing and Painting . Currently, attending Governors State University studying for the MA in Art History. Ka-EL is teaching Art Appreciation at Olive-Harvey College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago. He has worked with youth artist through the Hyde Park Art Center’s Partner in Arts and Visual Learners programs with Chicago Park District.

Gallery Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Gallery is closed on College holidays and weekends.
