SOUTH HOLLAND, IL The Business & Career Institute of South Suburban College will host a course in their Breakfast with BCI Workshop Series titled "Diffusing Hostile Customers" on Tuesday, September 22nd at the University & College Center in Oak Forest. Check-in will begin at 8:15 a.m. with the workshop to follow from 8:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
Customer satisfaction is important to the success of any business or organization. Sometimes even employees who strive to deliver the best customer service are surprised and frustrated by hostile customers. This workshop will strengthen your skills in dealing with these situations and give you practical pointers about how to diffuse this type of situation, as well as how to cope in situations such as these.
