This site has been optimized for accessibility and mobility. Using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), we've created pages that can easily be browsed in a standard browser, text reader or mobile device.

Browsers and Plug-Ins

Features in this site are best viewed using the most up-to-date browsers (for example, Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 3). Most documents are posted as PDF documents and require the Adobe Reader plug-in. Videos require Windows Media Player or Silverlight.

Text Only Links

We've also included a Text Only link on each page, which provides access to the pages in a text-only form using a service called Usablenet Assistive. The Text-only pages are produced automatically by LIFT Text Transcoder.
