Real Estate Program
For many years the Chicago area has seen an increasing trend towards the development of suburban living. Many people have taken residence in new housing developments in the areas surrounding Chicago. Real Estate personnel serve not only these new suburban homeowners, but also market the housing left behind, commercial properties, and a wide range of other duties related to the sale and acquisition of real estate properties.
South Suburban College offers both certificate and basic certificate programs to those who would like to find promotion opportunities, learn sales techniques, or become licensed real estate agents.
