Episode 14 [airs 10/03/07] - Your future begins now with FREE Adult Education classes through South Suburban College’s Community Education Program.  Adult Education classes include General Education Development (GED), Adult Basic Education (ABE), and English as a Second Language (ESL) to help you make strides towards a higher education. Also, the Student Life and Leadership Program enhances a student’s SSC experience through social and cultural events.  The program also invites students to prepare for life after SSC by becoming a student leader, peer mentor, or student ambassador.  Finally, check out some fresh, imaginative art with Rhett Johnson’s Spray Cans and Markers gallery.

Episode 13 [airs 9/11/07] - We continue our tour of communities in District 510 with South Holland, home of South Suburban College. Next, the first Future World of Work Summit was held at the Tinley Park Convention Center to identify the critical skills in which to educate students for the labor force of tomorrow. Finally, we spoke with Elizabeth Munn, SSC’s new softball coach, whose passion for the game hasn’t subsided since her playing days ended after college.

Episode 12 [airs 8/21/07] - In this episode, we talked with SSC instructor, Herman Stark about his recent invitation to present his research paper, Fact or Fiction: Which is More Important for the Pursuit of Truth, to Moscow State University.  Also, if you’re looking to begin your career in Information Technology, SSC now has a Cisco Academy that offers both credit and non-credit training in the latest technology and software.  Finally, brother and sister soccer coaches, Jose and Maria Gonzalez, share how coaching together has made them closer, as they look to guide the SSC soccer teams to successful seasons.

Episode 10 [airs 7/17/07] - In this episode, we sat down with Kathryn Eberhardt, an SSC instructor was recently elected as the Illinois Representative for the Occupational Therapy national assembly, to talk about this honor and OTA. Next, we stopped by SSC’s ceramics class to meet some enthusiastic students that aren’t your conventional artists.  Finally, summer is in full swing as SSC held their youth baseball and basketball camps where players learn a lot of fundamentals and have even more fun.

Episode 9  [airs 7/3/07] - In this episode, masses of people came out for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the third completed home by SSC’s Building Construction Technology program in Phoenix, IL.  Next, we interview Max Solomon, the SSC student who is the only Illinois recipient of the distinguished Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship.  Finally, over 30 hopeful players attended SSC Baseball’s open tryouts, and Coach Steve Ruzich reflects on what the auspicious turnout means for SSC’s program.

Episode 6  [aired 5/3/07] - In this special edition of SSC 360 we announce the merger of educational channels between South Suburban College and Governors State University. This joint partnership between SSC and GSU increases the educational opportunities we are both able to supply.  By merging our program schedules and efforts, we are providing a richer learning experience to residents in over fifty municipalities.

Episode 2  [aired 3/6/07] - On this episode we learn about the facts of SSC's registration process from Robin Rihachek, Director of Admission and Registration at South Suburban College. Episode 1  [aired 2/27/07] - In our premier episode, we recognize Black History Month with SSC professor Art Burton. Mr. Burton is a national renowned expert on the role of the African American in the taming of the wild west. The smell of grease paint is heavy in the air as we learn more about the drama productions put on by the South Suburban College Drama Department and Community Theatre with Ellie Shuko.
