Adult Education classes include General Education Development (GED), Adult Basic Education (ABE), and English as a Second Language (ESL) to help you make strides towards a higher education. Also, the Student Life and Leadership Program enhances a student’s SSC experience through social and cultural events. The program also invites students to prepare for life after SSC by becoming a student leader, peer mentor, or student ambassador. • Episode 6 [aired 5/3/07] - In this special edition of SSC 360 we announce the merger of educational channels between South Suburban College and Governors State University. This joint partnership between SSC and GSU increases the educational opportunities we are both able to supply.
