Congratulations on Your 7th Region IV Championship!

 

 

South Suburban College baseball teams were the Division I NJCAA Region IV Champs in 1991, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.  The team plays a fall schedule of scrimmages and begin their official season on January 10.  The team travels to Texas each year to play some of the strongest community college teams in the nation.  The baseball team sponsors a baseball camp in June and parent/child camps in February.  They are coached by Steve Ruzich who is in his 22th year at SSC and compiled a winning record of 816-431.  Steve can be contacted at (708) 596-2000 x 2413.

• JUN 23-26: The South Suburban Men’s Baseball team will be hosting a Summer Baseball Camp from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NOON. The camp is designed for kids ages 6 – 14, and is directed by Head Coach Steve Ruzich and SSC players.  The cost of the camp is $65 per camper for all four days of instruction and a t-shirt.  Each camper should wear gym shoes and sweat clothes, and bring their own equipment.
